If you’re looking for family photography that captures personalities & the honest love that you share - then I’m your woman! I’m here for all the seasons of your life by telling your story with the kind of artful honesty that can be passed down through the generations. Family portraits shouldn’t have you scrambling for bribing techniques to achieve a decent photo. My sessions are totally child led - if they need to eat, they eat! If they just need a moment or two, take a break! There is zero pressure to get a specific shot or to be finished within a limited time.
Though I do rope off about 15 minutes for a few posed portraits to keep grandma happy, our overall aim isn’t to snap endless, perfectly posed family shots. Instead, we usually follow the kids lead so you can have memories to relive again and again with photos that document/celebrate a true reflection of your family.
Older kids are not to be forgotten either (I can out eye-roll anyone)! So let’s customize your session around what your family does for fun. This way everyone can let go of any awkward jitters and free fall into a good time together!
